Please forgive me if I don't come out of my hiding place in the office to greet you because I'm really shy with people I don't know. But despite staying in my secret sleeping place most of the day, I have plenty of exercise running free in the mountain early morning and evening when there are few people around. You may ask why I am so shy. The reason is that when I was about three month old the hokensho came and snatched up my mother and siblings, using wire nooses and we were taken to a cold cell to await death. They say that one night in a hokensho cell is enough to turn even a friendly dog into a crazy one. This is more than true for a small pup. Although that terrible experience has left a permanent mental scar I can happily relax in my safe home.
