Infectious canine
hepatitis (ICH.) is a very contagious disease spread
through direct contact with infected dogs. ICH causes liver damage
and
respiratory infection. In most cases death often occurs very
rapidly leaving
little or no time to actually treat the dog. However, if the
dog does
survive infection they can still be carriers of the disease posing
a threat
to other unvaccinated dogs. The only way to prevent your dog
from this virus
is to vaccinate your dog.
