Osaka ARK in Need of Dog Pens/Crates

ARK is currently seeking donations of foldable dog pens/crates. We are more than happy to accept used pens/crates. If you have any in your home that you are not using, please send them to Osaka ARK. They will be put to good use!

We prefer metal pens/crates (so that the dogs cannot chew on them) that are 90 cm or higher. The picture shows a dog pen that is 93 cm in height, 119 cm in length, and 95 cm in depth. Any pen/crate over 90 cm in height is most welcome.

TOHOKU-PACIFIC QUAKE ANIMALS

Our priority now is on housing the remaining 16 dogs from the Tohoku earthquake and tsunami, many of whom have owners, but who are unable to take them back. The area (land) where the Earthquake dogs are now housed, has been rented for many years but now due to changing circumstances of the owners, is due to be returned to them. That means there is some urgency in building new kennels for them in Sasayama. Your continuing support is appreciated.
